Because the agreement for your viewing was broken, a new reservation fee is required to hold a new date/time in our calendar

Per your agreement, the reservation fee and artwork are forfeited, but we’re big believers in second chances, so we figured we’d offer to still let you use your artwork credit - and although the reservation fee has been forfeited per your agreement, we’ll go ahead and apply it toward any additional artwork you might be interested in.

Please remember to Submit your wall photos 72 hours prior if you have not already - the appointment will be cancelled and a new reservation fee required if these are not delivered by 72 hours prior to your selected date/time.
